2. Avoid many meaningless words

Most writers and students are pros in this sector. Most of them over expound on some points, making the whole thing useless. If you have to expound on a point, then it is best of you focus on the point, and ensure you write everything in context to what your point is. This is the only way you can ever succeed in writing academic projects and articles. To avoid deviating from the main keyword and point, always ensure you write short and precise answers. If it is a literature review, then you will need to make sure you keep on track and never attempt to give examples from outside your review. Also avoid using complex sentence structures, as they sometimes tend to bring in contradiction in points. Some people like to brag of how well they know the English language, or whatever language they are using to write their academic papers with. If you have to use a vocabulary in your academic paper, then, you need to be very sure on the same, and be sure it is in relevance with what you are writing about. Most lecturers and institutions do not recommend heavy use of technical terms as most students tent to deviate from the real meaning, just to give an oversight of their language knowledge and never the required points.
